Lower Fat Alternative Foods
A number of our customers are looking for natural ways to stay healthy and lose weight naturally. An excellent way to acheive both of these goals is the eat low fat foods. Here is a list comparing high fat and low-fat alternatives. It's a great way to eat almost the same foods but with lower fat intake. Feel free to print off this list and refer to it often. Evaporated whole milk
