Based upon these criteria, Traverse City, Michigan came in at an impressive #7 on the list. Traverse City is about 10 minutes south of our Elk Rapids stores and about 35 southwest of our Bellaire facility. What makes Traverse City so special is not only the natural attractions, but more importantly is the people that both live and visit the area. It's a warm and welcoming area filled with little treasures waiting to be discovered by anyone visiting.
